SHIPPING POLICY - SOUTH AFRICAN CUSTOMERS ONLY
Order confirmation
When you submit your order to us, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it.
Shipping confirmation
You will then receive a second email from us at some point to notify you as soon as your order has been shipped. This second email should include tracking information if you have selected a courier service for delivery.
All orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped the day that we receive them, as soon as 50% payment is confirmed.
Orders submitted on a weekend
Weekend orders are shipped on Monday. Please contact us if you do not receive a second email from us within 2 business days confirming shipment of your order.
Delivery to P.O. BOX
Our courier service provides "door-to-door" service and does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide us with your work address if you would like your order delivered to your office. Your mobile phone number is required
